Order Cancelation, Changes and Tracking

Once an order has been placed through the Ugot Online website, it is not normally possible to amend, update or make further changes. Should you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new and separate order.

Once your order has been placed, you may make the following changes as long as the order has not been despatched:

Remove an item(s) from your order.
Cancel the whole order completely.
Change delivery address details (in accordance with our Deliveries Policy).

If you wish to make changes to the order please call us on 023 8025 3399, please ensure you have your order details to hand.

All ordered are readied for dispatch by 14:30, it will not be possible to change you order after this time even if your order is not marked as dispatched.

Changes to Despatched Orders.
We are unable to recall or amend delivery information once an order has been despatched. Please refer to our Returns Procedure for orders, which have already been delivered.

Order Tracking.
To get the best delivery costs we use a range of couriers so we are not able to automatically provide tracking information.
