Placing Your First Order with Ugot Online.

If your first order with us is to be delivered to a different address to your registered card address then we will require some additional information before we can ship your order. You may also receive a call from a member of our online security team to verify your details.

You will receive an on screen confirmation once your credit card has been authorised. You will also receive acknowledgement by email of what you ordered and the address the goods are to be delivered to. In both cases you will be provided with an order number. Please quote this order number with any enquiries.

Order Despatch.

UK orders placed before 11:30am and fulfilled from stock will normally be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day (NOT SATURDAY). Please be aware despatch and delivery can be up to 5 working days for non-stock, out of stock or items of a more specialist nature. 

Internet placed orders will receive an email advising despatch has taken place, for the next working day delivery.

Out of Stock Items.

If part of your order is our of stock we will delay the whole delivery where we expect the item to come into stock within 7 days. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is likely to occur.

Part Orders.

We will deliver part orders where the majority of items on the order are available and the outstanding items are unlikely to come into stock within 7 days. In this case we will invoice for the whole order, including the items out of stock, and advise you of this on the invoice. The balance of the order will be delivered without additional delivery charges.

Orders Placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sundays will normally be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery the next day. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will normally be dispatched on the next normal working day (ie. orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will normally be dispatched on a Tuesday).

Carriers.

Ugot Online uses several carriers to obtain the best possible service. All mainland deliveries (please see exceptions further down the page) are despatched on a next working day service if ordered before 14:00(subject to stock availability and excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Signing for Deliveries.

All deliveries must be signed for. They will not be left in garages, sheds, outside buildings, porches etc. You must examine the goods before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition - if packaging is damaged, please do not accept goods and instead notify us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours). If there is no-one to sign for the goods they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

Delivery Tracking.

Once you have placed an order and the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email (usually the day before delivery) from our warehouse containing your order information. 

Saturday Deliveries.

Saturday deliveries are available at an extra cost. Should you specifically require this service, please call us on 023 8025 3399, Monday to Friday, between 9.00 and 18.00 for further details.

Please note: our couriers will try to deliver as arranged but we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non-delivery or factors caused by others. This service is based upon best endeavour and is not guaranteed.

Deliveries Outside of UK Mainland.
